Job Responsibilities
Develop and update training modules (PPE, fall protection, confined space, scaffolding safety, fire safety)
Deliver induction and refresher training
Conduct mock drills and practical demonstrations
Maintain training attendance records
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback
Recommend improvement in training content based on incident trends
As our ideal candidate, you should have:
Certified Occupational Safety Trainer
Minimum 3 years of experience delivering construction safety training
