RCM Engineer (Fresh Graduates)

Education:Bachelor’s Degree (BSc / BE) in one of the eligible engineering disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering)

Job Responsibilities

•   Assist senior engineers in the design, analysis, and execution of mechanical systems and projects.

•   Support the preparation of technical drawings, reports, calculations, and documentation.

•   Participate in inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment and systems.

•   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

•   Analyze engineering data and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

•   Maintain accurate project records and documentation using standard tools and procedures.

•   Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc / BE) in one of the eligible engineering disciplines (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering).

• Fresh graduates – 2024 or 2025 (Mandatory).

• Minimum CGPA: 3.0 or above.

• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong academic background with a consistent academic record.

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, academic projects, or extracurricular activities.

• Ability to interact and collaborate with team members at all organizational levels.
