Project Location(s):Karachi, Pakistan
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Respond promptly to service issues and user requests.
Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks.
Assist in maintaining the inventory of all IT hardware and software.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
Support in IT documentation, user manuals, and procedures.
Assist in implementing new technology solutions as needed.
Coordinate with external vendors for procurement or technical support.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Internship experience in IT support or networking is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and IT systems.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft Office tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
