Lead Generation & Market Research
Identify potential clients and upcoming opportunities in sectors such as oil & gas, energy, construction, and industrial services.
Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
Client Coordination
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Respond to client inquiries and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Tender & Proposal Support
Assist in identifying opportunities through tender portals and client communications.
Support preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal departments.
Business Opportunity Tracking
Maintain records of leads, inquiries, proposals, and business opportunities.
Follow up with clients to track proposal status and improve conversion rates.
Internal Coordination
Liaise with technical, operations, finance, and proposal teams to obtain necessary information for submissions and project execution.
Marketing & Promotion
Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, and marketing materials.
Support participation in industry events, seminars, and client meetings.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.
Prepare periodic BD reports on leads, proposals, and sales performance.
BBA (Marketing) / Business Administration degree
0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates may also apply)
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal English communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of tendering procedures and procurement portals
Understanding of B2B services in the inspection, certification, or engineering sectors
