Graduate Trainee Engineer
Project Management: Demonstrate the management skills to execute construction projects, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Do estimation, monitoring, scheduling & planning to make sure everything is on track and delivered as promised.
Planning Engineer: Develop & schedule the detailed timeline for the ongoing Million Dollar project, “Salt Yard Relocation” at EPCL site. Led the strategic planning and execution of the project, ensuring timely completion within budget while minimizing operational disruptions.
Maintenance Engineer: As a GTE in Asset Integrity Department, I ensure the maintenance of plant’s infrastructure and utilize different retrofitting techniques for its reliability and integrity.
Civil Integrity Program: Conduct risk-based audits (RBA) for different civil structures & foundations, to check structural reliability and save asset’s integrity.
HSE Engineer: Completed the Process Safety Management PSM and Permit to Work PTW certifications at EPCL. Implementing rigorous protocols and fostering a culture of vigilance to ensure the well-being of our team and the Safety of our operations.
Safety Auditor: Perform Job safety analysis (JSA) for V-1020 Rehabilitation project, done Management safety audits (MSA) at Plant site, conduct Sub-HSE civil for Effluent Treatment and Salt Yard Relocation projects.
Key Achievements: As a project lead, completed the project of Effluent Management Buffer Pit which involves the construction of a neutralization pit and Pump Foundation ensuring E2G practices. Also carry out the rehabilitation project for 73 Machine Foundations which were a reliability concern for machinery and assets’ integrity, involving RCFA & different rehabilitation approach.
